The terms and conditions laid out below in this document form the contract for your use of the FindLocalVehicles.co.uk service (the Service). By checking the 'I agree' form field displayed on the register page you enter into an agreement governed by these terms and conditions (Terms of Service). If you enter this agreement on the behalf of a company or other similar body you warrant that you have the authority to enter that company or body into this agreement.

FindLocalVehicles.co.uk reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. Any new features, or updates to existing features shall be subject to these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Account Terms

1. You shall be 18 years of age or older to use the Service
2. Accounts registered by “bots” or other non human devices are not permitted
3. You must provide accurate information including a valid email address
4. You are responsible for the security of your account. FindLocalVehicles.co.uk will not be liable for any changes, deletions or additions made to customer data where an account has been compromised
5. You are responsible for all content posted under your account
6. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
7. You must live in the United Kingdom

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Account. While FindLocalVehicles.co.uk prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that FindLocalVehicles.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Notice to Traders

Traders are classed as individuals or businesses who buy and sell vehicles on a regular basis. For example motor garages, mechanics etc. If we find that you are a trader and not accurately reflecting this, we reserve the right to remove all your listings and terminate your Account immediately without notice.

Modifications to the Service

1. FindLocalVehicles.co.uk reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice
2. Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from FindLocalVehicles.co.uk. Notice may be provided at any time by either posting information on the website, or the service itself
3. FindLocalVehicles.co.uk shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
4. You may receive occasional emails regarding updates and information about the service

Copyright and Content Ownership

FindLocalVehicles.co.uk claims no intellectual property rights over images and content you provide to the Service. Your profile and information uploaded remain yours, but by the very nature of the Service, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content. If you delete a listing, any images associated with that listing are also deleted from the web-server.

FindLocalVehicles.co.uk does not pre-screen Content, but FindLocalVehicles.co.uk has the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

General Conditions

1. You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees or warranties
2. You may not resell or otherwise re-distribute the Service for any reason whatsoever
3. You may not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service
4. You agree not to copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission by FindLocalVehicles.co.uk
5. We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts that contain unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable content without notice
6. You must not upload or post unsolicited “SPAM” email or messages
7. FindLocalVehicles.co.uk does not warrant that the Service will
   i) Meet your specific requirements
   ii) Be uninterrupted, secure or error free
   iii) Contain accurate or reliable results
8. You agree that FindLocalVehicles.co.uk shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to
   i) The use or inability to use the Service
   ii) The actions of any 3rd party using the Service
   iii) Any other matter relating to the Service
